Johana, has a very warm and receptive demeanour. We were apprehensive about using a referral service. However, johana, instantly put us at ease. She is very experienced and pays good attention to detail regarding our dogs less obvious needs. Johana was very helpful at helping us locate her address, with clear instructions. We have a border collie, he has an abundance of energy, and some more needs than say, a regular dog. Johana tended to his needs and more. Johana, regularly checked in with updates and pictures. I was 100% at ease with leaving our dog nero, in johanas care. Would happily recommend johana, to friends and family.
