Pet care experience
I've always had dogs my entire life and love the companionship. I have some experience with grooming from grooming my own toy poodle at the start of the pandemic and I continue doing so because it is so much easier on her to do at home where we can take lots of breaks since it isn't her favorite thing. She's a less anxious dog in the car now which has been wonderful. I have experience with dogs that are elderly or special needs and can give medication and a nice quite place to relax with as little stress as possible. Ex: other dogs not in view, comfy bed, and company though out the day to attend to any special needs. We're currently constructing a pool in the backyard for our golden retriever that should be complete soon. I will update this section of my profile and add pictures when it is done. I'm most excited about this because not only my boy loves water but so many other dogs will be able to enjoy it this hot summer too. When your dog is in my care you can rest assured that their training will be kept in mind. I know how important consistency is with training. I've trained both of my dogs extensively and will value and reinforce the training that you have done with your dog.

I have a secure backyard that has fence to create two separated sides so that my personal dogs and your dog(s) can both have outdoor time but cannot see each other through the 6ft wooden fence. I will keep your dog busy physically and mentally so they enjoy time spent with me and will send you pictures and video throughout the day and welcome you to call anytime to check up on how your baby is doing. I’m honest and trustworthy and will put your dog first no matter what. My heart is full when someone else trusts me with their dog. I know they are like our children, and I will be so honored if you chose me to care for your fur baby.

Please let me know if your dog is leash reactive to dogs or people. If your dog is an excape artist or high jumper. Please let me know if you have a schedule other than the one talked about above you would like me to follow. If your dog has food allergies and or need medication. I'd also love to know how long you have had your dog and how he/she came into your family.
A typical day
At 7-8am your pup will have supervised potty time and then come inside to eat breakfast. After breakfast and a little brushing for my shedding and long-haired friends we go for a morning walk. We live right next to a park and have many trails near home. From 11am-5pm your pup can be inside to roam a large room that has been doggy proofed or outside in our secure backyard where we have elevated dog beds and room to run and play. At 4:30pm they can come in for a treat, and then get ready to go for a second walk around the neighborhood around 5pm. Lots of water to hydrate will be available through the day and dinner will be served at 6:30pm. The evening consists of more cuddles, enrichment activities to keep the mind busy, or a relaxing quite place to sleep if the day has already been full enough. If your dog isn’t active and just loves a lap for the day than I will be happy to love on them resting on the recliner or on the couch with a ramp to come up and down. The last potty break will be at 10pm but I will get up with your pup for middle of the night potty needs. When your dog is at my house they will be supervised at all times and never locked away in a kennel. If your dog is boarding and is kennel trained, I have kennels for them to sleep in for the night. It would be great if you could bring a blanket or bed from home, so they have a source of comfort from their own home.

I’m a mother to a beautiful and intelligent disabled 22 year old girl who loves dogs as much as I do. I'm responsible for your dog but I would like to let you know how big of a smile it puts on my daughters face to have a dog to play fetch with or tag along while I take your dog for a walk. Nothing gets her smiling more than a new dog to meet. I resigned from my job in healthcare in 2018 to care for my daughter. I'm so blessed to be able to be with her full time at home. I currently have a lot of help with her and have too much free time so I started babysitting dogs to give me something to do during the day. Who could ask for a better day than to spend it playing and cuddling dogs!
