Joelle is great! I haven’t had a dog walker since before the pandemic because I’ve been working from home. I had a very last minute situation where I was going to need to be away from home for 12 hours and it wasn’t an option for me to take my dog to doggy daycare or board him. I had never used Rover before so I was really nervous about this but I had a great experience with this. I reached out to Joelle because her Rover profile said she’s flexible and has experience with dogs of varying temperaments (my guy has some leash reactivity issues). She responded to my message in 15 minutes. My schedule was too tight for us to meet in person so we did a video call. She was very thorough and thoughtful in her questions and it was clear to me she loves animals, is skilled in dealing with reactive dogs, and has an upbeat and caring demeanor that would be a great fit for me and my pup. She arrived right when she said she should, sent me a detailed note about her visit with my dog (including a picture of his sweet happy face), and locked up before she left. Her responsiveness and flexibility were amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Joelle again or recommend her to others!

Joelle was wonderful! I had a last minute request for a walk and she responded very quickly. We scheduled a video call to chat more about that dogs and she was very receptive to any special needs or requests. She was prompt for the walk and communicated any questions quickly so I could help address them. Her report was great, my dogs did well with her and I felt I could totally trust her with my girls. Would definitely book again!
