Hello. My name is Joelle and I have been raising and taking care of animals my entire life. From spending every summer on my Aunt's farm down in Kansas to always having a dog and cat in my own home. I travel pretty far to pet sit and your animals always get the snuggles, exercise and love that is needed and requested. I worked for a 24/hr vet ER in Seattle for 2 years and gained more experience on small and major emergencies. I can give your pet meds* including fluids and will treat your babies as if they were mine. I look forward to working with you but especially taking care of your furry loved ones. I have a lot of senior clients but also have puppies as well. Years of experience and a lots of animal love all for your babies plus your reassurrance that your babies will be in good hands. Joelle was an amazing dog sitter! My two pups loved and trusted her. She took them on walks and updated us daily on how they were doing. We appreciated all of the photos too! Definitely will be rebooking her in the future!
Joelle took great care of my pup while I was away. She went on many walks, got many cuddles, and lots of play time. She also texted me regular updates and was readily available for check-ins. She took great care of my home. Would absolutely recommend her service to anyone.
Joelle did a great job caring for our two rescue dogs while we were out of town! She gave daily updates and photos and took time to do a meet and greet beforehand to get to know the dogs. She was always quick to respond to texts and left the house nice and clean. The dogs were relaxed and well cared for when we returned. Thanks again!
Just to be clear, Joelle is fabulous. We had a long trip abroad to visit family and were worried about finding someone we could trust with our pup and our home while we were so far away. Enter Joelle. She is communicative, kind, professional, thorough, experienced, and handled everything that came her way (our pup having a seizure, our smoke alarm system going haywire, a massive snow storm, etc) in stride. We could trust that everything was in good hands. And the bottom line is that she genuinely loves hanging with our pup (and the feeing seems mutual), which at the end of the day is what matters the most. We highly recommend her.

I always come to your home because it's not only easier for the pet to only have to get used to a new person but it's also easier for everyone involved because then you also have a house sitter at the same time. I am big about safety and will take care of any small household needs that you may have during your time away. I.e watering plants, bring in mail/packages, taking out the garbage, etc. I also request that you fill out my emergency form in case there are any issues that happen during your time away. This does not happen often (once in my 30 years see review from past client) but as someone who worked at a 24-hour vet ER I like to be prepared. I will go over everything on our first visit together when we meet and we both decide whether we are compatible with each other to take on whatever job you need filled. I do hope to work with you and especially your furry babies.

I do not have any breed preferences as I believe that they are all beautiful animals. I do like to know about the dog's temperament and their likes and dislikes. Also If your dog is on medications or has any special needs I need to know that ahead of time to give the best analysis of how I would interact with your dog and what extra charges may need to be added. See note on medications above
A typical day
I love to take dogs for long walks, going to parks to toss the ball, and playing are fun ways to spend the time depending on what each individual dog needs. Some play fetch, some like tug of war. It all depends on what you describe as their animal's daily activities. I love to give them the attention they need, want, and deserve plus lots of snuggles. And kitties have my warm lap at their disposal. Plus all the pets they desire.

I make my own schedule and mostly work from home so I can easily work with your animal's needs. I come prepared with lots of questions for you to make sure I have everything I need to make sure your furry ones have the best time ever.
