Joel is prompt to respond. My dog can be uncomfortable meeting new people and dogs. Joel has a keen understanding of dog behavior and uses lots of positive reinforcement. He handles greetings, meal times, and playtime in a professional manner. I felt comfortable leaving my anxious dog in his care and my dog quickly warmed up to him, his wife, and his dogs.

My husband and I were delighted with the care Buddy, our mini poodle, received from Joel. We received a variety of photos of him at different times of the day. Upon his return, Budddy just went back to his comfortable chair as if he had never left it. I say this to say that he was a happy, stress free dog when he retruned home.
