I have cared for pets in many different homes of the Houston Heights area. I have also been requested in Eado and Atascosita. I truly enjoy the company of animals and given the opportunity to meet and care for other pets brings me excitement. I have no bias towards specific breeds or species. I like cats, dogs, reptiles, and rodents! I have also helped find homes for stray dogs and found/returned a missing dog in 2019. All before considering putting my services on Rover. If you're busy at work and need someone to come visit your fur baby, I'm your guy. If you need to go on vacation but can't find a suitable candidate to care for your animal, look no further! I’ve used Joel multiple times - for house sitting and daily walks (I have a Great Pyrenees and a cat). He is respectful, attentive, and very trustworthy. He is the only one I trust to stay at my house when I go out of town. He’s great with both of my animals, and my house is always clean when I get back! Added bonus, I get plenty of photos of my both of my animals whenever I’m out of town. 10/10 would recommend!!
I have used Joel to house/puppy sit for me for a year now, he takes fantastic care of our fur babies! Having Joel to puppy sit has really put my mind at ease knowing my fur babies are in such good care when I am away! Lexi and Archer have some separation anxiety, Joel is always so patient with them and even met with us a few times before my first trip just so they could adjust to him being around. While away Joel is easy to communicate with and kept me up to date with the pups. He is flexible with my schedule and has always been accommodating with last-minute changes. Thanks so much for taking such good care of Lexi & Archer!
