I have known Joe for many years. Have seen him handle dogs ( and cats) on numerous occasions. Dogs seem to know he is the boss and also a friend. Joe is attentive and responsible as well as fun. He loves to play with his own beautiful Husky and when he has cared for my dog on occasion I have been very pleased with the service we received. Joe R is very capable of caring for household pets and he is extremely confident with both dogs and cat. He grew up in a very pet friendly environment and helped raise two border collies, a Siberian Husky and three household cats.
