Pet care experience
We are a dog loving family; 2 kids, 2 adults and 2 fur babies of our own. We have a medium size house and the dogs have full access. Also there is a doggy door to a fenced in yard so they can venture outside anytime they like. We work from home so someone is usually home so your pups will always have company. When we do need to step out the dog will have access to the main living area and yard. The dogs go out for a walk at least once a day (twice per day on most days). On the weekends we usually take the dogs on an adventure like to the beach or watershed park. We are a family that loves dogs and everyone pinches in to help out - even our furry little ones with play time. Feel free to message us if you want to know more.

Joe and Karen jumped up to help when I suddenly needed a one month boarding stinit for my English Cocker, Levi. With only a day or two notice they picked him up and cared for him like their own for a full month while I was away. I was so worried and they put my mind at ease with lots of updates, pictures and videos. Levi loved his time with them and was returned to me clean and happy !! They even invited him to join their dog birthday party for one of their own dogs. I hope they will be free to watch him again when I need help. Highly recommend these sitters ! They really went above and beyond.
Joe and Karen are definitely dog people. We received updates almost daily while we were away. Drop off and pick up was very easy and it was easy to get a hold of Joe when needed. Thanks again guys!
We left our dog Rey with Joe and Karen for a second stay. We were very pleased because they took excellent care of him. We got updates about Rey and I really think that he was happy there.

We provide regular walks, usually twice per day and keep to a regular routine for feedings and walks. There is a doggy door to a fenced in yard so they can go outside whenever they like. The dogs generally have the run of the house except for the odd time that we’re out. In that case we have a baby gate to keep them in the main living area with access to the outdoors. We use the baby gate to separate the dogs at feeding time.

A typical day
We take the digs on walks in our neighbourhood but we also take them to dog parks and larger parks like watershed and blackie spit on the weekends. We have an 11 year old boy and he likes to engage with new dogs by seeing what commands and tricks they know. He usually ends up teaching them a few things.

We have two dogs of our own so any furry guests join us on walks and adventures every day. When a dog stays with us they become part of the family whether we’re out in a park or curling up on the couch for movie night, the dogs are with us.
