Joe is an absolutely phenomenal caretaker, a true gift. He connects with animals more than most humans. His caring nature goes beyond the words itself. He is responsible, reliable and someone I would trust with my loved ones of any kind. Joe loved his own dog Lucy like something I’ve never witnessed before. He cared for Lucy, morning to night - especially the last year and a half of her life as she fought with the tragic sickness of kidney failure.
