I'm passionate about helping dogs feel their best and providing them with the love and attention they deserve. Benefiting from life long experience owning dogs, I understand how important it is to maintain your dogs happiness and well-being. Having just completed a Level 2 in Animal Care, I am committed to providing tailored and thoughtful attention to each and every dog that comes my way. I am also certified in canine first aid. In my free time I volunteer in doggy day care and have proven my reliability with bespoke service to every dog that comes through the door. I have a background in customer service so I understand that my responsibility goes beyond just the care and needs of your pooch, but also to provide a trustworthy and reliable service to the customer. I am extremely flexible with my services and can create a schedule customised to you and your pups needs.

We booked Joe to look after our little Kali for the afternoon for the first time today, after doing a 'meet and greet' beforehand. Joe was brilliant with Kali, she warmed to Joe immediately and felt comfortable to fully relax with him (Joe sent lots of photos of Kali sleeping on him and resting against him which was very cute!). Joe left the flat exactly how he found it and Kali was very happy with him. We are already planning out next bookings with Joe and would thoroughly recommend him :)
Joe is great with Teddy; she loves the fuss and attention that he gives her, and is excited to see him and always wants to play. This was our second house sitting booking with Joe, and Teddy was understandably anxious when I left and didn’t immediately return. Joe was very proactive in trying to do the best for Teddy, to make her feel comfortable and safe, and he also kept me updated regularly with messages and photos. Teddy quickly relaxed and seemed to enjoy cuddles with Joe on the sofa, and even had a nap or two. Thank you Joe for putting her at ease and making her feel safe.
Teddy gets excited when Joe visits, and she is getting more comfortable and confident around him each time he comes to walk her. This is lovely to see, as she has such severe separation anxiety. Joe is great at taking and acting on advice I’ve given him about Teddy, and he is also very proactive when things don’t quite go to plan. This was our most successful walk so far 😊.
This was the first time leaving my dog Teddy with a complete stranger (as such) in the 3+ months I’ve had her. Aware that Teddy would likely be very anxious and on edge whilst I was gone, I felt very reassured that I had left Teddy with Joe. Joe sent me regular photos and updates of my dog, and did all he could to try to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. It will take Teddy a while to get used to being left with anyone, but Joe has been amazingly understanding and caring towards Teddy and her separation anxiety.

I arrange meet and greets with you and your pets first, this allows them to get to know me, and so you can explain all of their needs to me. When in your home, I respect it as if it is my own. All mess that the dogs make while I'm there will be cleaned and all the house rules will be followed (dogs not allowed on furniture etc). I also send photo updates of your pets throughout the day.

A typical day
I like to keep to your dogs usual schedule to keep them happy and not mix up their routines. I provide lots of love and cuddles, play time with their favourite toys, a one hour walk (or more/less depending on what you want)

I am a full time dog sitter with no other commitments, so able to care for your dogs need at all times. I've available for daily sits, over night stays, long stays, weekends and weekdays.
