We’ve both grown up with dogs since we were children. I was a dog walker in the family business until university, but continued to help out when I was home. I then worked for a pets company for 5 years and gained knowledge on nutrition, health, grooming and behaviour.

Currently have no dogs living with us but there are plenty of neighbourhood pups to play with. We have a grass covered garden with a fence and access to a large sports field nearby and miles of country walks you can spend hours exploring. We like the dogs in our care to feel and do as they would as if they were back home.

A typical day
I love a game of fetch so if your best friend loves to catch their favourite tennis ball, there is a huge sports field they can run as far as that chucker will throw that ball. For the ones that love a little quieter walk, the waterfront is a beautiful spot for a lovely walk by the river.

If you would like to book your dog for boarding I split my time working from home and in office, which is 10 minutes away and Lucas works only a few minutes away. We both come home for lunch so during office days the longest your dog will be alone is 4 hours before 12pm and 3 hours after 2pm. Most Fridays are an early finish for Lucas and neither of us work weekends. While I’m home during the week they’ll have access to the garden all day.
