Hi! I am 25 years old and I’m an animal lover through and through! I’m an active person and would love to give your energetic dog some much needed exercise time outside on a walk. Or if you have an older or less active dog, we can take a nice, relaxing stroll! I grew up with a dog and would also pet sit my neighbor’s dogs throughout high school so I have had plenty of experience taking dogs for walks. I also used to volunteer at the SPCA in Charlottesville and Richmond where I would take the dogs for walks. I’m very responsible and reliable so you can count on me to take good care of your fur baby and follow any instructions you have for me! I would love to also give your cat or dog some loving and attention by stopping by your place to feed and take care of them! I give some good pets to both cats and dogs! I’ve had lots of experience taking care of cats and dogs as I’ve pet sat for both on numerous occasions for over a week at a time. I fostered 8 cats over the span of a year while I lived in Richmond. I loved giving the kitties a home while they found their forever home but man was it hard to see them go when they got adopted!! I also volunteered at the SPCA and took care of and fed the cats and dogs on a weekly basis. Anyways, I have had plenty of experience over the years taking care of both cats and dogs and I love all animals! I would love to help you out and take care of your adorable pet! Jodie was my families pet sitter growing up. We did not have any issues to report with her as she was fantastic. Our dog Spressie was always overjoyed to see her. As a family we got in the comfort of only letting our dog outside in our big yard but Jodie would come over and offer to take her on long walks. Highly recommend Jodie as she is a real pet lover and takes her responsibilities seriously.
Jodie has pet-sit for my cat countless times and is always the most responsible and responsive sitter. My cat has asthma and needs to have medicine administered twice a day. Jodie is always able to do this, as well as meet his other needs including feeding and cleaning his box, and most importantly spending time with him. My cat is always less anxious and happy when I get back from vacations when Jodie is able to pet-sit. I would highly recommend Jodie for any pet sitting or house sitting you may need.
Jodie has been an animal lover her entire life, with a special fondness for dogs. She has volunteered with animal shelters and jumps at any opportunity she can get to spend time with animals. She recently watched and took full-time care of my cat, Dexter, for over a week (while he was sick!). I didn't have to worry while I was away, because I knew he was in the best possible care. Jodie is one of the most trustworthy, responsible, and caring people that I know, and I never have to worry when putting my pets in her care. I recommend Jodie wholeheartedly. She is the best of the best!
