I hired Jodie to house sit to tend to my two cats (and plants!). She stayed for two weeks in my home. She was communicative the entire time and I felt 100% comfortable with her in my home to care for my two cats, including giving medicine to one. Jodie has a calm presence which helps animals feel more at ease when their routine is changed. Jodie is friendly, trustworthy easy to work with and I would absolutely hire her for any animal care needs. Additionally, she has done house visits (without staying) to tend to daily cat care during my short away trips.

My living space is relatively modest in size, so if your dog is super high-energy or very large, we may not be the best fit. Crate-training is especially welcome but not required, as long as your dog is not destructive if left alone. While I can accommodate moderate separation anxiety, there are times during every day that your dog may be left alone for an hour or two, up to 4 hours.
A typical day
I work from home, so I have plenty of flexibility for frequent potty breaks, play time, cuddles, walks, hikes, special feeding routines, etc. Daily morning and/or evening walks are no problem, and your dog will also have unlimited access to my modest fenced yard. I provide attention, affection, a friendly canine companion and lots of love! I believe there's no such thing as too much communication when it comes to how your pet is doing and am happy to check-in as often as you prefer.
