Must Love Dogs!

In my next life, I want to come back as a dog! The kind that gets all the love and treats and walks and trips to the dog park that their little heart desires! 😁 Much like our pup Juno, and both of our previous loves before her- Sully and Finnegan. Over the years, Duane and I have looked after friends’ dogs and some neighbourhood doggies as well. Our house just feels fuller and happier with dogs in it. Why not use our time, and love of dogs wisely and have some canine visitors from time to time? Our pup, Juno is about 9 months and is the sweetest thing- she’d love some canine company! She’s pretty high energy tho, especially upon first meeting, so your dog must love dogs, too!

Jodie and Duane are amazing. I left my dog with them for 5 days and he had the time of his life! They provided lots of exercise and treated him as if he was theirs. Lots of pictures and updates. I will definitely rebook!
Jodie and Duane were fantastic. They allowed us to visit them prior to our trip, and when we were away, they communicated super well with messages and photos of how happy everyone was. We would HIGHLY recommend them with a 7-star if we could, and we can't wait to use their services again :)

From the get-go Jodie and Hobo, my 3 year old golden doodle, hit it off! She was his second Mum! Jodie and Duane had previously raised their own Doodle so they understood Hobo and his high energy immediately. Plus the now have Juno, their very smart 10 month old Wheaten and she and Hobo were playing in minutes of meeting! I highly recommend them and will be using their services again in the future. Great experience!

I’ll gather all the information necessary to make your pup’s stay fun and safe! Let us know the details and/or quirks that will help us better understand your pup, and we will follow suit. If there are any issues, special needs and/or behaviours they may have, let us know how you manage that in your own home. Any allergies, treat/toy preferences, (chewer?), feeding scheds and any habits we should be mindful of? If we did need to step out, how long can your dog(s) be left alone at home? And if I can take them out with me, how are they in public places, and on car rides? What are their overnight sleeping habits? Can they go in a crate? I think a meet ‘n’ greet at our home is the best way to see if we are all a good fit. You can even leave your pup with us for a couple of hours to make sure all is good. Let’s talk! -Jodie & Duane

Duane and I both work from home as well as our 23-year-old daughter. We all love dogs and routinely go for dog park visits and /or nice long walks.
