Pet care experience
Hi! Based in Hove, I grew up with animals, (dog included but not pictured) but now due to living in a flat I do not have the space for my own. I’ve been using BorrowMyDoggy for the last 2 years and am used to handling more than one dog at a time. It would be nice to have some regulars so to speak, in order for me to build a relationship and understanding of the dog.

I have no pets of my own at this time, so should your dog be spending time in my flat they would have my full attention and their own space. I have no problem with them being on the furniture and making themselves at home. I live close to the and parks so can provide plenty of variation for walks. In my experience I have also been at a pet owners home for some time, allowing the dog to be more comfortable in a space they know and love.

Aside from the obvious around their likes and dislikes, if your dog has dietary requirements or you’d prefer if they didn’t have any specific treats that’d be great to know. It would be great to know what their motivators are in advance, whether that be praise or food orientated.
A typical day
I love to play games and have endless patience and enthusiasm. The beach is a big favourite of mine, I have no problem getting wet or mucky playing with them. I also have a lot of parks near me which are easy to frequent if we have a little less time. I work from home during the week, so these days walks will be on my lunchtime weather provided, or after work in summer if I have them for the day.

I’m working from home most of the time, with plenty of flexibility so happy to incorporate evenings or day sitting, as well as being able to move and visit easily on my lunch breaks. I’m also happy to accommodate on weekends.
