I was a dog lover from day one!
Pet care experience
As a child, I fed a stray dog against my fathers wishes and he eventually fell in love with her. We named her Sugar and she was the best family pet ever! I've always had a soft spot for strays and all of my dogs and cats have been rescues. This work is a blessing, to be able to do something I love is amazing!

Jodie has always had dogs in her life and has always been good at training them and seeing that their grooming and vet visits are on time. She is healthy and well qualified for taking care of dogs. Has a standard poodle of her own who is very obedient thanks to her training. She would make a very good dog walker.
I have known Jodie now for some 30 years. Since the day I've met her until now she is always made her pets priority number one. Always attentive and giving them the best of care. The result being that she had she has happy dogs! If you want the same for your pet then they will be in wonderful hands with her.
Jodie has cared for pets for much of her life, including 3 generations of dogs that she had for for 15 years. She loved those dogs just like she loves the one she has now, who is always by her side. If you met her dog, you would see that he is happy, healthy, and well taken care of, which should be a reflection on how she would take care of other people's pets.

Please let me know the following: 1.) Are people allowed to approach, say hi or pet your dog while they're being walked? (is your dog leash aggressive? or are these things you just don't want for your pet?) 2.) Is your baby allowed to meet and greet other dogs (with that owner/walkers permission)? Some dogs are highly dog social and others are antisocial. Again, is your dog leash aggressive? No judgements here, I just need to know for the best quality walk for your pup. Knowing yours and your dogs preference i will be helpful in keeping your dog safe and and in the same walking habits. Being consistent is key to successful dog walking. 3.) Does your dog have any medical conditions or injuries (current or past) that I should be aware of?
A typical day
I prefer to walk you dog in their own neighborhood if it's safe (i.e. sidewalks and green spaces). Dogs love to see who's been in and around their neighborhood! I will be happy to play fetch or tug if that's what your dog loves. We can take a fast walk if they need to burn energy, or a slower sniff and explore walk, whichever you think your pup needs.

I currently work part time remote for a company I've work with for the last 16 years. That work is flexible and allows me to work whenever and however long I need, so scheduling a visit with your furry friend/baby will be no problem!
