Pet care experience
I am currently able to do drop ins for dogs, cats and exotics. I have cared for hundreds of dogs, all breeds and sizes through a rescue that I regularly volunteer with. I have built connections with many dogs and cats including those with special needs. Seniors are my specialty and doing things like giving medications,eye drops and even hand feeding when necessary, all are well within my comfort zone. I strive to be a hired family member and the safety of your pets is my priority. While I am looking for long term relationships, I am also available for one time bookings. Insured and bonded. Jodi and I volunteer together with Frosted Faces Foundation, a senior dog rescue. Jodi is so good with all types of dogs: big, little, snarky, energetic, shy. Jodi is calm and patient and dogs love her energy. She is known for taking on dogs that need extra socialization and helping work on behaviors that will lead to adoption. Jodi has 5 dogs of her own and plenty of dog experience; I would wholeheartedly trust her to take care of my own pets!
For almost two years I have observed Jodi with dogs of all sizes and behaviors. She is a real dog lover who addresses the needs of the individual dog, not shying away from challenging cases. She seeks to improve the dog's experience and enjoys working with them. I would trust her with my 100 lb leash reactive German Shepard!
Jodi M is a kind and compassionate dog sitter. I have been with her on many outings and with various dogs and can claim that she takes every precaution to ensure their safety and well being. Jodi is knowledgeable on canine medical, behavior and dietary information. She is attentive to their needs and you will not be disappointed placing your dog in her care!
Jodi is a responsible, dedicated pet-owner who also volunteers for a senior dog rescue. She loves those dogs as her own. She's especially good at gaining the trust of fearful dogs, many with bite histories. They all ended of giving her kisses!

I do my scheduling around my own dogs medication schedule. I am somewhat flexible and can usually work something out. I will keep my Rover schedule updated and am usually able to work 7 days per week. I am fairly busy in other App platforms and my own business, but looking to serve more pets in my immediate area via Rover.

A typical day
Dogs and cats in my care get lots of love, companionship and exercise. I will walk in your neighborhood unless we have agreed to venture further out. On very hot or very rainy days, we will have a short potty walk with quality time in the shade or indoors. I tailor to the individual animal's needs.
