The yard is fully fenced with a six foot fence and gates kept secured. There's an 80 lb senior pup here for company that is happy to play for about 5 minutes, then I take over play time with visiting pets. Plenty of room to stretch their legs in the yard and a large enclosed patio for lounging around the pool. Every room has a dog bed and pet friendly furniture in the living room for snuggle time. Pets are always monitored while inside or outside in case they decide to accidentally go for a swim or find a 'project' like chewing remote controls. The home and neighborhood are quiet for any anxious pets, no children and work from home occasionally. Close to the beach for long walks or ocean play. Kennels are available if needed.
