Pet care experience
I'm Jocy and I work as a special education teacher over the school year, so I love spending my summers staying active, which includes dog-walking. I'm a big animal lover and have been pet-sitting/dog-walking for friends and family for over 5 years. I’m highly responsible, energetic, and caring towards the needs of your beloved furry buddies. Jocelyne is an excellent dog mom! Her dog Pelu is very energetic and friendly with other dogs so he can sometimes be a handful, but she has trained him well to respond to commands and discipline. She is very warm and friendly towards others' dogs - a trait any dog person would need. On walks or at dog parks, Pelu is especially friendly and curious, while Jocy is protective and cautious in case other dogs aren't as friendly or maybe nervous.

Currently, I am not looking to care for dogs inside my home. At a client’s home, I’m happy to follow instructions left behind - this includes feeding, playing with dog, cleaning up after them, etc.

A typical day
I love walking around my Tarzana neighborhood, but if requested, I can take your dog(s) on walks to other nearby places, like Balboa lake or a local trail!

Availability
Since I am a teacher, I don’t work over the summer (until Mid August). I’m available most weekdays, from 8am-4pm. I am sometimes available on the weekend.
