I am Jocelyn's husband, and I have personally seen Jocelyn treat every pet as if they're her own. She does not limit pets to a certain number of walks each day, minutes of playtime, etc. She waits till the pets are ready to go back inside. I will say that she is an expert at detecting pets' moods, respecting them, and responding in a timely fashion. For instance, she left two dogs in their kennels the other day while she went to get something to eat. When she came back, I happened to bump into her, we entered our home and saw that the dogs broke out. There was poop and pee EVERYWHERE! She however did not yell at the dogs or hurt them in anyway. Simply put, she signaled them to go back into their kennels, and she cleaned up the mess. Jocelyn continued caring for the dogs shortly after till the time came to take them back to their owner. She understands dogs more than they understand themselves.
