Pet care experience
I am 39 years old, friendly, responsible and caring. I have owned a dog and a couple of cats over the years, along with various other pets (hamsters, birds, fish, bunny). I have occasionally house sat and cared for pets for family members, friends and acquaintances while they were out of town. I have done pet sitting gigs through Rover for the last 4 years, and have had people refer me to their friends & family. I now have a few repeat clients I cat sit for on a regular basis. I mostly do overnight stays, but occasionally am available for drop-ins to check on & feed the pets. I am a big cat lover and also love dogs. I am mostly accepting only cat sitting stays at this time, because of my schedule.

Jocelyn did a great job taking care of my two cats and house while I was away for 12 days! She sent regular updates about the cats with photos. She also responded quickly to messages. The house was in pristine condition when I returned. I’m so appreciative for the care she provided to my cats and my home!
Jocelyn was amazing! She took such great care of my 2 kitties and my house for the 10 days I was away and sent plenty of pictures. The house was in pristine condition when I returned and my cats were happy and healthy. Would definitely recommend!!

Jocelyn was a great sitter for our three pets, two kittens and a senior teacup dog. She took our garbage cans out and back multiple times and even watered our plants. We’ll definitely be using Jocelyn again!

I know not at all cats and dogs are the same. So I make sure to do what is needed to make sure the pets are happy, comfortable and feel safe. I’ve taken care of cats that are more skittish/nervous, and it’s always exciting once they finally warm up to me after a few days and will come sit with me :)
Information Jocelyn K. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know if the cat/dog has any health problems or need special attention/ anything additional than usual care. I don’t have much experience with giving medical care or medication, other than sneaking pills into food.
A typical day
I love friendly & affectionate dogs and cats. I enjoy spending time with them, talking to them, giving them pets and cuddling with them on the couch.

Availability
I am available for overnight stays, but I do work during the week. I can be gone 8-10 hours some days. I live in Sultan and work in Bothell. I am open to most anywhere in Snohomish or King county. Possibly further if it’s just a weekend and would be overnight stays.
