Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Jocelyn! I am a Texas native and graduate of Texas A&M. I have been caring for animals since I was given two little kittens at the age of 5. Since then, dogs, more cats, birds, turtles, hamsters and fish have all made their way from shelters into my family’s home. Pet sitting was my first ever job experience, and something my friends and neighbors continue to call on me for.

Jocelyn took great care of our dog Fynn. We got photos of many happy walks and she kept us updated on how he was doing. She took great care of the house as well. We hope to use her services again!
Jocelyn took great care of my dogs while I was away!
Jocelyn did a great job with our two dogs! That’s not always an easy task since one is full of energy and the other a bit more anxious, but Jocelyn made sure both dogs’ needs were met. Through our time away she was communicative and helpful, and we returned home to two happy dogs.
Fantastic experience. Jocelyn is incredibly caring, communicative and trustworthy. She provided lots of updates about our puppy, left our home clean and took good care of our pup. Would hire her again to housesit/care for our retriever.

I offer both drop-in as well as overnight sitting services. I will care for your pup as if it’s my own, following all instructions as requested. I am happy to work on training, administer medication or care for any specific need your pet may have. I have experience caring for elderly and special needs dogs. I enjoy being outdoors and would love to bring your dog along on a run, hike, dog park trip or just a walk around the neighborhood.

As Padi scuba dive instructor, traveling bartender, english tutor and certified ski bum, I spend most of my year traveling throughout the U.S. and Mexico. My winters in Durham are the perfect opportunity to do something I love - spending time with animals. During my time in Durham, my schedule is open and flexible, ensuring that your pet gets plenty of love, time and attention ❣️
