Hi there! My name is Jocelyn. I'm originally from Asheville, NC. I've been a multiple pet owner my whole life and in addition I have worked as petsitter/walker/trainer for many years helping friends, family, coworkers, etc. in the community look after our favorite pals. Many people have told me that animals naturally take to me, even in instances where they're not normally big on new people. I am very attentive to the specific needs of our friends whether it’s giving extra time to the little ones for play time, potty training, or helping elderly pets get around (slower walks, help onto or off pet friendly furniture, up stairs, etc.) I'm not a vet or vet-tech but, as a plus (if it applies to you), I am well experienced in administering insulin and allergy shots because I’ve previously cared for pets that needed both. I’ve help families with adjustments to new additions to the family and helped give extra attention to furry pals while new parents are juggling so many new needs as a household. Ive helped deliver puppies and cared for them as well as mama. Ive helped integrate new furry friends to homes with other pets. Potty training is also a service I provide, helping with anxiety habits and separation habits like chewing, etc. All in all, I love animals, and I love being around them.
