Pet care experience
Your dog will be in great hands with us. We just can't get enough of our furry friends. They're always there for you when you need them; let us be there for you, too. We are a married couple living in the Castro (Dog Central, San Francisco!) with a lovely back yard, no roommates, and flexible working arrangements. We are quite experienced with taking care of the special needs of senior dogs, such as administering medications and monitoring symptoms of chronic conditions. We can give your fur-baby all the love and attention he or she needs and a comfortable space with friendly humans. Sadly, extra-large dogs might not be totally comfortable in our home, but all others are welcome! We are experienced, communicative, and available for sitting or boarding now!

Jobim and Karin easily handled Comet’s fear of strangers. They were so kind and even cooled his paws and refilled his water bowl after his walks.

Jobim and Karen took really great care of Wally. They kept in touch throughout his stay and kept me up to date on how he was going. Drop off and pick up was easy and they are very accommodating with their schedule. Very highly recommended!
I couldn't be happier with Charlie's stay with Jobim! I had a week-long work trip and he kept me up-to-date with how Charlie was settling in, and asked questions when needed. Charlie does require meds and a bit more love as a senior dog, and he really took the best care of him! They took long walks and hung out around the house, which is comforting to my pup and much appreciated. Charlie was happy and healthy when I picked him up (and a bit reluctant to leave!). I appreciate the kindness and warmth Jobim showed to my pup and would love to have him stay here again.

A typical day
We can walk up and down the hills of the Castro and Corona Heights, over to Dolores Park or the Eureka Valley Dog Park, or as far as you would like your little one to walk. We can play fetch at the park or play tug-of-war at home. We would love to do whatever you typically enjoy doing with your dog.
