Joanne looked after my cat Mickey for a few weeks whilst I was away caring for my sick mum. Joanne was efficient and updated me on important things. She was very helpful and kindly got her partner to help out at times she was unable to do. She even watered my plants which was wonderful! All in all, Joanne is a good, competant and reliable sitter and I have no issues recommending her.

We were a bit nervous leaving our 9 year old puppy for his first extended stay with a boarder. We needn't have feared though since Joanne was absolutely awesome. She clearly loves dogs and took great care of our Banga, providing plenty of play and exercise. She has great communication skills and was very flexible and accommodative around things like pick-up/drop-off times. She sent plenty of photos and updates while we were away which we found very reassuring. Finally her dog Willow is a complete sweetheart who got along great with our little guy. Our only issue is that he really seems to miss her XD. 10/10 would definitely use Joanne again.
