I've had my own pets since the age of 5 from hamsters, gerbils, fish, guinea pigs to dogs and cats. I've looked after countless friends and family pets over the years, as well as volunteering for animal charities walking dogs and providing emergency transport for injured animals. More recently I've been a professional cat sitter working around my young family.

I recently used the services of Joanne to look after my cat Finn and was very happy I did so. Joanne tended to his basic needs of food, water and litter but also showered him with affection and attention. I highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a competent and kind pet sitter who is a big animal lover.
This was the first time we had Joanne to feed our cats while we were away. Very professional, I received daily updates and photos. The cats accepted some fuss and were very happy and relaxed when we got home. I have booked Joanne again for later in the year and would highly recommend her.

I have a fenced yard and two lovely cats who spend much of their time outdoors, apart from when they come pestering me for food! I have a park and various walks nearby too which I can use. I have my own car so I'm able to travel to and from your home.

A typical day
I love to get out and about with your dog (s) to stimulate them both physically and mentally so they’ll be plenty of walks in the fresh air, whatever the weather. I have some lovely walks near me here out in the Wolds as well as some parks for a smaller run around, depending on how much and how often your dog needs. I work from home so will be with them all the time.

I currently work part time from home around my young school aged children, so I am available every day for doggy day care and sitting, amongst all other pet care services.
