This is the 3rd time our dog, Lily has stayed with Joanne and it was for the longest period of time we have ever left her with anyone, 10 days. She was very well cared for and very happy. Lily received love and affection, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time away knowing Lily was in a nurturing environment.

Joanne did an AMAZING job with my dog!! I was really nervous about leaving my dog because she has a few medical and behavioral issues, but Joanne went above and beyond to put me at ease, and my dog felt at home with her instantly. Joanne asked such thoughtful and thorough questions about my dog's routines, behaviors, and needs - it was obvious that she's a real pro and strives to provide exceptional care. From the updates she sent, it was abundantly clear that she really did treat my dog as a member of her family. I was able to have a relaxing vacation knowing that my pup was in excellent hands with someone who truly loved and cared for her. I'm so grateful to Joanne and will definitely work with her again given the opportunity!
