I have also cared for my family member’s dogs occasionally throughout my life. My husband has 10 years experience raising his chihuahua in his younger years. Now we have a dog of our own who I have raised with my husband and two sons! I’ve trained our fur baby with my husband successfully and have gained a great amount of experience with dogs from being a dog parent myself. I also have 2 boys who adores animals! I’d say after raising a pup and human babies I’ve gained a lot of motherly skills😉 I promise to treat your pup as if they were my own and provide a safe loving space for them. I know the anxiety of dropping your loved ones off so I will provide pictures, videos and updates throughout the day 💙 I want your mind at ease knowing your pup is in good hands so you can enjoy your time that you need with whatever it may be! Your pup is my top priority when in my care and any special request with their schedules etc (for example if your dog needs 2 walks a day) I will try my best to accommodate!

I could NOT be more satisfied and impressed with the high level of care and communication I received. I was beyond nervous and anxious about leaving my new 13 week old puppy last minute to prepare a move out of state. Joanne was responsive, personable, and understanding from the gate! Not only did I get constant reassurance my puppy, Peach, would be cared for and safe (without full vaccines, a hefty appetite, teething, and lots of energy) but photos and videos of her being loved on and happy throughout. I highly recommend Joanne and her family and will use again while I’m in town!
I was a little nervous about leaving my puppy with someone that I didn’t know. Our experience with Joanne was excellent. We received pictures, a video and feedback from her. I am so happy that we found Joanne. We will be using her in the near future!!
Luca loves spending time with Joanne and family.
I want to thank Joanne and her family for taking care of my fur baby. Saturday, 4/13/24, was Luca's first time ever having a sleep over and I must admit that I was concerned about this. However, all my worrying was in vain because Joanne is absolutely awesome. She sent me several videos and pictures of Luca throughout his stay and was very responsive when I reached out to her to check in. Luca looked happy and had fun with Joanne's fur baby and her sons. Joanne took very good care of him. When I picked Luca up on Sunday, I thought he would be running around the house and wanting to play but boy was I wrong. Apparently Luca needed time to recuperate from having so much fun at his sleepover because he slept most of the day away. LOL. If you're looking for someone to care for your pet in your absence, look no further because Joanne is the best. I was worried about using Rover but I'm so happy that I need. Luca has met new friends that I am more that sure that he'll be visiting again. Thanks again Joanne for taking care of my fur baby. I'm sure he'll be excited to spend time with you and your family again soon.

When you board your pet with me they will receive more hands on attention and care Unlike traditional boarding facilities where they have your dog in a room for most of the day. Walks, playtime, cuddles and more 🥰 I have a dog of my own named Boba. Boba is a mixed Shiba Inu/Frenchie who is friendly and loves to play and meet new friends! My home is in a safe Neighborhood and I have a big fully fenced backyard. I also live really close to the park for easy walks if needed with your fur babies! Your fur babies will be able to play comfortably outside in my backyard (weather permitting) and also indoors. When it’s time for rest or bedtime I have a large room setup of play pens or crates for your dog to rest safe and comfortably 😴 I vacuum/mop daily and clean and disinfect my house and the doggy crates and play pens I have with natural products before and after each boarding I receive. I want the environment your dog is in to be as safe and clean as possible.

Is your dog aggressive? Do they get along with other dogs or children? Are they kennel/crate trained? If so, how long are they able to stay in the kennel/crate when left alone? What is their daily routine and schedule? Do they get anxious? Are they on any strict diets? Do they know any commands? Are they on any flea preventive?
A typical day
I want your dog to have the best stay possible and feel right at home! I can provide your dog with plenty of exercise around my safe neighborhood, they can also explore the park right next to my house! My spacious fenced backyard will give your dog plenty of space to roam around. Dogs are allowed on couches to lounge and be apart of my family with lots of snuggles!

My husband and I work about 4 days a week and have opposite schedules. I work In the morning and him in the evening hours. Sometimes our hours might overlap slightly so on days we both work it’ll be no more than about 2 hours without someone home. If your dog cannot be left alone that long yet and we are notified in advance about the booking request we can work out our work schedule so one of us will be home 😊 We prefer kennel/crate trained dogs for sleeping or if we need to run quick errands but if yours isn’t quite there yet, again, if we are notified in advance we can accommodate our schedule for someone to always be home and keeping a close eye on your fur babies💕 But other than that we don’t go out much 😜
