I had to fire her...she didn't respect my request for no one else to be in my home while pet sitting. She took my dog off my property without my permission or knowledge, and overall she used poor judgement. We have missing property that she initially said she returned and has now said she found in her car. She admits that while we agreed she would stay every night at my home she only stayed 1 of the 2 nights. When confronted about the situation, she reacted very immaturely. I contacted Rover and they have taken care of us. I highly recommend Rover. I do not recommend this sitter.

JoAnna was awesome! She kept me updated while I was away, including sending me photos of the 2 of them hanging out and she even gave Kiwi a bath. I came home to a happy and great smelling dog! Couldn't be more pleased and would use JoAnna again without hesitation, she is someone who truly loves and cares for animals. Graham
