I’ve been caring for family pets since I was a young girl, and have been house and pet-sitting professionally for over 10 years. Pets love me because I love snuggling on the couch just as much as I love long walks and playing catch at the park. You’ll love me because I’m very responsible, leave homes in equal or better shape than when I came, and will make sure your pets are safe and comfortable while you’re away.

This was the first time we left Miso for s long period of time and Joanna did a wonderful job taking care of her while we were gone. She is a great communicator, always on time and was genuinely concerned with Miso’s well being. We’ll definitely work with Joanna again in the future!
Joanna was great! We were going out of town and the dog sitter we had booked had to cancel on us. Joanna saved us and was able to take care of our special needs dog no problem. Would definitely book again!
Our pup absolutely loved Joanna and we did too. She was super engaged and understood what our silly energetic girl needed. Great trainer too - sit, stay, fetch accomplished! Fun pics and communication which is so great to receive. We will definitely have Joanna back again.
Joanna was wonderful. It was my first time using Rover and having someone else (that I don't know) stay at my house. My dog is a 1 year old, 90lb, very active yellow lab and needed meds while I was gone. Joanna was so great with him and eased my worries while I was away. She took out the garbage and had towels ready to go in the washer for me. She was also great with communicating before and during my time away. I highly recommend her.

I like to know if a dog has any triggers, behavior issues, etc. if they have allergies, are friendly with other dogs, are okay to go to the dog park, how far they can walk/run, what their typical walk/bathroom schedule is. Basically the more information you can give the better!
A typical day
I love taking dogs for long walks, or on a run if the owner says they’ve up for it. In the backyard or at the local park we’ll play catch or tug-of-war. Then lots of chill time together at home!

If it is a work day (M-F) I’m available for care before and after work (7am, 5:30pm+). Holidays and weekends I can do more visits and longer walks!
