EXPERIENCE: My family had a dog before I was born—my first words were “Hi Dog” !! We had dogs, cats and hamsters, and as I grew older I walked dogs for work in high school. I acquired my sweet rescue dog Jinx as soon as I began living on my own 11 years ago. I’ve cared for several breeds of senior dogs with advanced care needs and am familiar with the unique needs of many kinds of breeds I’ve cared for in the past. Although Jinx used to be my “shadow” (always by my side), he recently crossed the rainbow bridge in October, so my home is currently pet free. Joanna is amazing! She loved my dog (maybe even more than me lol) and send me pictures multiple times a day of him living his best life.
Joanna was very attentive and took great care of our boxer,Lola! She sent pics regularly of walks, activities, playtime at the park and snuggles. My Lola was happy and even has another dog that was boarding the same week to play with. I highly recommend Joanna and will definitely use her again.
Joanna was a great dog sitter! Very quick response time to any questions and was thorough in her prep for Waski. She provided tons of updates and pictures which was awesome. Waski looked like he had a great time! We would definitely recommend her!

ENVIRONMENT: I have a spacious, well-secured apartment and a safe, walkable neighborhood, easy in/out entry (no stair flights, elevators, etc) as well as all the equipment one would reasonably need to comfortably accommodate your dog in my home (food/water bowls, large dog bed, etc.). I am available to house sit as well, and can accommodate a variety of pet schedules given my flexible work situation.
