Pet care experience
I love all animals and have experience with a wide range of different animals as my friends have owned a wildlife rescue and I have volunteered at a local zoo. I love dogs and find them so much fun to be around. I have experience of looking after friends dogs and rescuing lost dogs until they can be reunited with their owners. I have also walked dogs on a different app. It’s my dream to one day own my own dog but for now I will be happy looking after other people’s. I have owned two cats and have a wealth of experience looking after them and have always been around cats.

Joanna cared for my boxer dog Oxo multiple times over the past 9 years. Both when Oxo was a puppy and a teenager. Joanna played with Oxo, fed her, hugged her and sent happy pictures and updates throughout her time caring for Oxo. Joanna is a loving person who gave Oxo so much love and attention. I trust Joanna and she is extremely responsible, kind-hearted and caring, especially towards animals. I don't trust my dogs with many people but I do with Joanna!
Jo is honest and caring. She understands animals’ needs, gives them plenty of love and attention but also firmly enforces boundaries to ensure that they keep safe and the house remains intact! Our nervous rescue cat loves her.

A typical day
Dogs will get at least one walk per day along with time in the garden. Plenty of time for comfort, fuss and cuddles as well as laps for any cats that like them. There will often be time for games and tricks with a few treats on offer. Two meal times a day is typical.

I currently work part time, I have less availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays but can provide some pet care options on those days. My work can occasionally vary so please feel free to send me a message if you want to find out more about my availability.
