Joanna was fantastic with Sunny and very understanding about his anxiety. She was a great communicator and sent us pics along the way. She has a great fenced-in yard for plenty of playtime. Highly recommend!
If you are a traveler and need someone in San Antonio to take care of your pet, Joanna is your person! Luckily, we came across Joanna, and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for their service. Despite the last-minute request, she was incredibly accommodating and welcomed our dogs with open arms. From the moment we dropped them off, we knew we were leaving him in good hands. She provided updates throughout the stay, including pictures and videos, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear that our dog was not only well-cared for but also genuinely enjoyed his time there. The house was clean, secure, and had plenty of space for play and relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend Joanna to anyone in need of a dog boarding service. We are incredibly thankful for their flexibility and the outstanding care they provided. Our dog has found a second home, and we will definitely be returning customers if we go back in San Antonio!
Joanna has taken care of my dog Noa on multiple occasions. We have had a great experience with her, she treats him as part of her family. I have a well-fenced yard with lots of grass. My back door has a doggy door. Your pets will have the freedom to come in and out of the house when they please. Sam is very friendly with other dogs and respects their space. I am well at reading body language. If something is off with your pet, I will address it right away and make sure you are aware of the situation.

Past traumas, anything the dog is sensitive about (scared of thunder, loud noises). Any health conditions I should be aware of (allergies). Sleeping preference (his bed, private space, on the floor, cold). Does the key do well with humans and other dogs?
A typical day
After feeding, I provide a morning walk up to a mile. There is some down time while I work, and then take a few break in between the workday to play fetch indoors or outdoors. In the evening I go to another walk.

I work from home with a flexible schedule. I walk my dog twice a day and take 10 minute breaks from my work schedule to play with him. I always have an eye on him. I will do the same with your loved one. On weekends, we are pretty active and venture off to a nice hike, walk along the San Antonio River walk or go on a run.
