Joanna has a bright and energetic personality that also matches her greatly behaved pup, Nova. It is very evident that not only is she very knowledgeable about her pets, but has a profound love toward them. She is also very easy to talk to, which makes the process of leaving your loved one easier. Definitely recommend her!
