Pet care experience
My family has owned 9 dogs, a cat, a rabbit, sugar gliders, tree frogs, hamsters, turtles, and fish over a 35 year period. We consider our pets part of our family and treat them as such. My husband, Brian, works from home. I am currently working part time as a private home teacher. On weekends, if we go out, we usually do activities that include our dogs. We go to dog-friendly restaurants or parks. Dogs are welcome to stay in our home or I can make house visits. I am available to visit cats and other pets at home (except snakes). We have a fully fenced yard. We also take the dogs for walks most days. We don't crate our dogs but we do have large and medium-sized crates if that is what makes your dog comfortable.

We had a long stay with Joanna&Brian, and we were very happy with the care and attention they provided to our dog. We were constantly updated about his day and sent pictures. They also took him for walks and supervised play time with the other dogs. I was at ease during my travel knowing Joanna was looking after my dog. I would highly recommend them as a sitter.
Joanna and Brian sent me pictures daily of Emery! I loved receiving these updates as it ensured me she was being well-taken care of.
Joanna and Brian are so kind and did a great job boarding my energetic puppy. They sent pictures every day - even with comments. My dog was happy and healthy when I picked him up, and I am confident that he had a good time. I highly recommend these excellent pet sitters.

We have a fully fenced yard the dogs often use as a running track. There are signs on the gates that state that permission must be given to open them and enter the yard. We appreciate owners putting ID tags on their dogs .

A typical day
We like to take the dogs with us when we go out. We often go to dog-friendly restaurants because our dogs enjoy getting out and seeing what is going on. We are within walking distance of Oyster Creek Park, as well as The HIghlands park. We have a wide variety of toys for dogs to play with.

Availability
Since Brian works from home he can let dogs in and out of the yard as needed. He often has dogs that like to keep him company in his office. Sometimes it looks like they are having a meeting. Joanna is home in the afternoon and dogs often stay in the yard to watch her garden.
