I boarded my hound dog Clover 5 days with JoAnn. She communicated well, walked Clover regularly in her nice neighborhood and at the nearby park. JoAnn responded quickly and sent pictures when I checked in during the weekend. She is dependable, smart, and engaged in her caring. She is a positive and affectionate dog lover. I plan to book a future date with JoAnn. It’s a relief to know such a high quality pet sitter.
This is our first time using Rover, could not have been an easier process. Joann was excellent! My dog has a lot of anxiety at a kennel and Joann was able to give her love and attention in a safe, and homey environment. We will definitely use Rover and Joann in the future.
Joann was great with our elderly cat. Great communication and took wonderful care of our sweet girl.
Sloopy told me he loved hanging out with Joann. He was very relaxed when I picked him up.
