Reviews
Joann is so sweet, she took very good care of my dog. Sent me lots of photos and updates. My dog was happy. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Joann is the best! She sends lots of pictures, is very attentive and you can tell how much she really loves dogs!
First time using Rover so I was a bit nervous leaving my 2 dogs with a new person, but Joann was absolutely wonderful. She was super responsive with messages and kept me constantly updated throughout my dogs' stay with her. She would message me when she took them out and fed them and constantly sent me pictures of them, which I loved! Joann totally spoiled my dogs with all the attention and multiple daily walks! I would absolutely book her again if I needed a dog sitter. Highly recommend.
Joann was the absolute sweetest! We had to find a new dog sitter and we were super nervous to have our dog Gemma stay in a new home. She gets anxious and nervous around other dogs and it was hard to find a place for her to stay by herself. From the beginning, Joann was super communicative. We had a meet and greet and Gemma had an accident on the rug in her home and Joann was so kind and understanding about it. She sent us photos and videos throughout the entire boarding time, was flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, and overall so friendly and sweet to Gemma. I’d highly recommend her and am so happy to find someone we can rely on for the future!

Please provide a play pen or crate is the dog is likely to bite things they are not supposed to, just in case I need to be away from home for few hours. I prefer a dog who’s house trained
A typical day
A typical day of dog sitting can vary depending on the needs of the dog and the owner's preferences, but here is an example of what a day of dog sitting might look like: Morning: Wake up at the designated time to let the dog outside for a potty break. Provide fresh water and food as needed. Take the dog for a walk or playtime, depending on their energy level and exercise needs. Mid-day: Check in on the dog to ensure they have water and are comfortable. Take the dog for a short walk or playtime, depending on their needs. Afternoon/Evening: Take the dog for a longer walk or to dog park for more exercise. Provide dinner and any necessary medications or supplements. Spend time playing with the dog and providing attention and affection. Take the dog outside for a potty break before bed.

I work from home so that gives me the flexibility of keeping your furry baby company majority of the time. I usually take the dog 3-4 times out for walks and I also enjoy the dog park in my building.
