Retired police officer, K9 handler. I've had dogs as far back as I can recall. I recently lost my boy (German Shepherd) and miss my walking partner. I would love to have a pup by my side and continue to be around dogs again.

She is careful, methodical, predictive and astute with her preparation and avoidance of difficult situations. She is adventurous, athletic and loves the outdoors which is what all dogs thrive in. She is caring, kind and has a great deal of knowledge relative to understanding their health. She helped me with my dog in identifying an infection, and is very sensitive to assessing changes in behaviour which is so important when you want someone to care for your pet! JoAnn’s amazing with dogs…they love her and she returns that love by taking care of them as if they were her own. I have an elderly dog with several medical conditions and I was very nervous about leaving him in anyone’s care for any length of time, whether it be for overnight stays, daycare, or even walks. JoAnn hit it off with my dog right away…she was very patient and loving and was able to give him his medicine like a pro. She started with walks and I quickly felt comfortable enough to have her care for him during the day and when I went out of town. She’s a retired police officer, so I felt that my home was always in very trustworthy and capable hands with her as well. Having complete peace of mind when it comes to the care of your pet and home is such a relief and something you can expect with JoAnn.

A typical day
We will do walks, frisbee, ball catching, mind challenging games, hugs, cuddles, and snuggles. The dog will be with me the entire time being loved and patted.

Availability
Having had large dogs that require walking, my routine involves around what they need. Walking and taking them outside for potty breaks with the frisbee or ball in hand is what I do.
