Pet care experience
Hi! I am currently in a co-pawrenting situation for my dog. During the time I don’t have him, I am available to care and spoil yours! My friends, neighbors and family have relied on me to care for their furbaby. Through caring for other people’s dogs I’ve learned that I have a natural compassion and intuition for dogs. Perhaps that comes from my natural nurturing personality. Too many times I’ve been told I treat dogs like human. That is likely because I have first hand experience with a my own furbaby that thinks he’s a human child. :) You can expect your furbaby to be cared for as my own. Which means it’ll receive royal treatment filled with daily walks, affection, cuddles and positive affirmations. It will be allowed on furniture and may sleep on my bed. If you have one that suffers from separation anxiety - - - wherever I go, your furbaby will be by my side. No worries. While under my care, my day will be arranged around your furbaby to give it the most pawsome experience.

Joanie was an absolute rockstar dog sitter. She went above and beyond to take care of our husky, including making sure that our dog was stimulated with lots of entertainment and walking. She also graciously shared her dog toys (which our husky destroyed!) and kept us well updated on our dog’s status with photos and text notifications. We greatly appreciate that she jumped in to help us on short notice as well and was flexible with her schedule. We would love to work with Joanie again! Highly recommend!
Absolutely a five star review. Joanie is a top notch sitter. Our dog had her to himself for the weekend and he came home wonderfully content and very well cared for. Joanie asked good questions, really listened and responded to my dog’s needs. Bonus- her space is fabulous. 100% recommend.
Joanie took care of my dog, Tika, for a week while we were traveling. I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter. She took care of Tika like he was her own and made him feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Joanie took Tika on daily walks and followed all of our instructions for meal times, medicine, etc. Joanie also sent me daily photo and video updates which I really appreciated! When we returned from our trip Tika was reluctant to leave his bestie Joanie. They really bonded and I know it was because Joanie took such good care of him. I highly recommend Joanie's dog services.
Joanie is awesome. She gave him so much love and attention and made sure to send lots of pictures to make me feel comfortable while I was out of town.

A typical day
A typical day with me will include walks around the neighborhood. The evenings will be spent on the couch watching time period movies or detective-crime solving shows. And obviously cuddles, scratches and lots of petting throughout the day.

I am currently on a hybrid work schedule. I have the flexibility to create my own schedule as well. I can provide a safe environment for daycare and boarding for your furbaby.
