I would absolutely love to take care of your pup :) I am 38 years old and grew up in Hancock Park in Los Angeles. I grew up with dogs, and I cannot wait until I'm in a place to have them again. I watch my brother's Pomeranian, Pancake, and my friend's Yorkie Terrier, Annie, whenever they leave town. I live in Mid-City / Miracle Mile Los Angeles and I would love to have a canine friend to walk around with. I work from home so if I agree to a booking, I am around all day and night. About me: I love running, SoulCycle, yoga, beach hike adventures, and surfing.

Joanie did so amazing at accepting my booking last minute! I gave her details about my anxious dog Ozzie ahead of time and she was so welcoming and understanding of all his needs (ex. separation anxiety, dog reactivity, etc). She was so welcoming upon drop off and lives in a safe neighborhood. During my time away she made sure to send me updates and pictures, which I really loved and appreciated. She gave me so much reassurance on how well Ozzie was doing with her- my first time leaving him with a stranger! Ozzie got comfortable so quickly with Joanie. Thank you so much and looking forward to book with you in the future!!

Joanie was amazing! She was able to accommodate my Odie on short notice. Odie loved her from the start! He had such a fun day he was probably sad to leave ? this was only one day. I’m sure they’re going to be the best of friends.
Joanie was a great sitter for Boogie!! She was very friendly and responsive whenever I checked up on him over the weekend. Boogie is sometimes nervous around strangers but Joanie was very patient and they ended being a great match. Definitely felt like Boogie was in good hands. Would book again!!!

A typical day
I love to take dogs to Runyon Canyon in West Hollywood for a hike, or to Kenneth Hahn Park in Baldwin Hills. My neighborhood is full of dogs and so daily neighborhood walks are always full of fun interactions with neighbors.

I work from home so I am available for pet care, walks and owner-instructed routine for your pet all day and night. If your pet is used to being allowed on furniture, that is absolutely OK with me in my home.
