Pet care experience
We have been having “sleep overs” as we call them and doggie day care “play dates” for doggies for 7 years. If medication is needed for your baby that is no problem. Though I don’t groom, bathing can be added. We can work with your dogs on social skills but are not trainers. We really are lovers of all doggies.

It is extremely important to me who I trust to care for my dog when I need someone to do just that. My mind is completely at ease when it comes to Joanie caring for my precious dog. I know that my dog will get pampered, loved, spoiled and get the best care there is! Joanie has a very special way with dogs and dogs feel this. Each and every dog is different and Joanie looks at each one of them individually. She knows they all have different personalities and that they all have their own little things about them that make them who they are. Joanie learns these things quickly and she loves watching them be them. This is why dogs love her so much!!! They know when they go to see Joanie that they are going to be able to feel relaxed and be who they are. They are going to be spoiled and shown tons of attention. They will be her priority! Their individual needs will be the number one priority! Even their birthdays are important! Joanie bonds with dogs in a very special way which is what I want for my dog. It is her goal to show them the very best while they are in her care and it is her goal to make sure they have happy eyes and wagging tails.I trust her completely!
Joanie watched our dog for a week while we went on vacation. He was in great spirits when we returned and enjoyed playing with her dogs. He even almost learned how to use the doggy door! Not really, he's not very bright. We would recommend Joanie to anyone who needed a sitter.
Joanie has doggy sat for my 3 fur baby’s on several occasions. She has been reliable and my animals love her. They get excited to see her and act upon her commands (requests). I won’t use anyone else when I go out of town. She always leaves the house better than when I left

We have a huge fenced in yard. Lots of room to run the energy off! My boyfriend, Jeff does not work either and loves doggies as much as I do! My four legged kids have always gotten along with any furball we have had in our care! We have tons of toys, doggie doors and a very safe house inside and out!

Are they potty trained? We can work with that. Do they play nice with others? We can work with that as long as it is not severe aggression. Do they sleep through the night? Do they need a potty break in middle of night? Do they walk well on a leash? How are they with dogs they see on walks? Bicycles? Skateboards etc Are they diggers?
A typical day
We can walk in our neighborhood. Catch and tag in the back yard. A kiddie pool and sprinkler for those who are brave enough! Lots of belly rubs and cuddles!

Availability
I do not work. So nothing interferes with doggie time! I’m available most days. Of course like everyone else we make plans but they would be made in advance, including out of town trips. Long term set schedules or drop ins are fine. Other than potty breaks and some lovin’ I prefer to work from my home. No house sitting please.
