I have owned many dogs throughout my life. I currently have five dogs, all different breeds, back in my family home. Three of them are mixed breeds that we saved and nurtured back to health. I am also experienced with giving dogs proper care for different ailments. Growing up in an animal-loving family, I learned not only to love my pet, but to find the characteristics that made him/her unique. For example, my German Shepherd, was named after the movie “Rambo” because of how strong and protective he is over my family and our other animals. Even though he acts tough, when he is inside the house, all he wants to do is cuddle and play. My oldest dog, Sachy, is a very sweet Pekingese who never had puppies, but she acts like the mom of the house, teaching the rules to all of my cats and dogs.
