***To answer why I do not currently have any dogs in my home: Before moving to Colorado, my condominium had a strict NO dog policy [but cats were permitted]. I have not adopted a dog, or brought my German Shepard, Logan [seen in profile picture], with me because of my living circumstances. I do not have a private/fenced yard, and there are enforced breed restrictions. [Logan stays with my parents who live on the beach and give him plenty of exercise and love.] I grew up with dogs, starting from puppies with their Frito smelling paws, to the gray muzzled seniors. I have no problem getting my hands dirty to make sure that dog has the best day possible, including administering medication [I'm great at making sure those pills are not spat out!] Though I am not personally certified in dog training, and aside from attending doggie day care with the German Shepard in my photo, I am consistent with my commands and do not let the dog train the person. I think it is important to remain consistent with commands and rewards. I have moved from New York to Colorado to pursue a Vetinerary Career and would love to use all the time I am not in class to assist you and your family. The only time I am not currently available is late morning to early afternoon [with alternating days. Tues and Thursday I am unavilable from 8:30am - 13:30pm, but am free after 10:30am Mon, Wed] Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, evenings, over nights, crack of dawn, I can be there. I am very flexible with my schedule as I know what it is like getting your dog back from the kennel/hotel. My parents have done this due to their schedule and the fact that their amazing children are now out of state. Due to the restrictions of my apartment complex I am unable to house-sit specific breeds [which is very unfortunate but I am looking into getting permission from my Leasing Office]. However. I would like to take this opportunity to bring up more of my background. Family is the most important thing to me, as is integrity. My father owns a security company on Long Island that I have managed from 2008 - 2016. I feel it is important to have peace of mind when you are entrusting your pet to a stranger. I am an open book, and will answer any questions or concerns you have. As far as environment services, I will follow your orders as well as suggest new tasks and activities for your pup/dog. I drive a truck that I can easily chauffeur your pet around, to any dog park you prefer [or we can find one together!] My younger brother is also my roommate [he made the trip with me from New York after serving in the USAF, as did my big sister!], and he will definitely show some extra love. I would also like to add that more photos will be uploaded. I have never liked taking pictures of myself or stopping having a good time to take photos for my own social media or what not. However! I will absolutely flood your inbox with pictures and videos of your dog and will encourage you to send some back just so he or she can hear your voice. My phone will always be on and available to you but I will not be on my phone for any other reason while caring for your dog. (Its a slight pet peeve of mine to see dogs being walked by a person staring at their phone.)
