After caring for my own fur baby, Winston, for 11 years since he was a puppy, we tragically lost him to cancer in August. I have a 4 year old daughter who just loved him so much and loves to play with other dogs and cats in our extended family. I often board my friends and family's dogs when they go on trips. Even though I live in an apartment, it's larger than many homes on this side of Long Beach at 1200 sq ft and we have a completely fenced in back yard that remains locked at all times. I do have one single downstairs neighbor who has a friendly Boston Terrier named Jack. This is an ideal environment for a friendly dog who doesn't mind children or another friendly dog. I would consider sitting cats but my husband has an allergy to cats.
