Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs for most of my life, including nursing older dogs and adopted dogs with special needs. During the pandemic I volunteered for a dog rescue charity, which involved cleaning all cages, walking and playing with dogs with many different needs and traumas (including wheelies). I really enjoy walking and playing with dogs, often hiking and beach walking with my own. I presently have two small friendly dogs who enjoy company playing in our garden, or snoozing for long amounts of time.

Great stay with Jo and Tom! My Piper was treated like a king and enjoyed the company of their two little dogs too. I would definitely recommend and use them again. 😊
We were very happy and comfortable leaving our fur baby with Jo. She has a nice backyard for him to roam and she sent daily pics/videos/messages. Her communication was excellent. We would definitely use her again!
Jo took good care of my dog and kept me updated during his stay. I will definitely be using her services in the future
Jo is amazing. She took care of my dog like he was her own pet. She has 2 other fur babies but they get along well with Noodles, maybe because they are the same breed so that helps. Noodles need very minimum care but Jo went above and beyond to give him all the attention that he deserved. She got him chewing tooth brush, vitamins, and toppers without us asking. She is extremely good with updates and photos. Even though we traveled oversee but we get a few updates with photos with a short message, this help us knowing he's in good care. She makes sure he get his long walk and exercise with her. She has a good size back yard for him to roam around as well. I will 1000% using her as our forever dog sitter for sure. I'm very thankful for her thoughtfulness and warmth toward Noodles and our family.

A typical day
We enjoy a walk, checking out the local quiet streets or to the dog park or to the beach for dog social contact. Our dogs enjoy playing fetch or watching for squirrels in our avocado tree (a favourite occupation), or relaxing on the steps enjoying the Sun!

I am an artist who works at home, so have a flexible timetable for the majority of the time, and can give dogs time to play and relax whilst they are 'on holiday' with us. My husband also really enjoys looking after dogs and is on hand in the weekend and evenings for dog walking duty and snuggles.
