Pet care experience
I have been caring for my own pets and for friends and co-workers ever since I was a child, and for over 25 years as an adult. I love all animals, including reptiles, birds and insects. I once removed a 5 foot wild black snake from a client's toilet! At home we have two cats, two elderly guinea pigs, several jumping spiders, and some composting worm farms, and it is my hobby to create clean and stimulating environments for them and activities for them to do. I love to redesign our pig's giant C&C cage and build box houses for the cats and I grow catnip for them, which I can bring to visits for any kitties who enjoy it. I enjoy keeping pet environments scrupulously clean and am especially fond of elderly animals. I send photo and movie updates with each visit.

Jo McGraw has been wonderful support for me and my dogs. She has reliably provided doggy taxi service, and dog feeding/potty-break service for my keeshonds. She is always warm, interactive, observant, and responsive to their needs. When my dogs are in her care, I have no concerns. Jo is intelligent, resourceful and capable of handling unexpected situations. She is a good communicator and will not disappoint.
I have had pets for 50 years and I've never had a pet sitter better than Jo! I have a standoffish cat. He barely pays attention to us, but Jo engaged him in play immediately and had him sitting in her lap in a couple of days. She sent updates, pictures, and video after every visit. She was super responsive and easy to communicate with when we needed the house unlocked for part of the day. If she is available, I will never have any other pet sitter again.
Jo adores all animals and will treat your loved one like one of her own while she cares for them. Her visits are punctual and she is generous with her time, giving your four-legged friend playtime and one-on-one attention while she visits, so that they can bond and so that your friend can feel at ease with her. Jo makes sure to send detailed updates and pictures to make you at ease too. I would not entrust anyone else with the care of my pets or home than Jo. She is trustworthy, genuinely caring, thorough, communicative, and professional.
Jo is just wonderful! She has taken care of our diabetic senior cat for 10 years! She knows the importance of the time for his insulin, and is always on time. She also gives him lots of snuggles. She brings him fresh catnip too! She sends us pictures as well. We love Jo, but know that our kitty my love her even more!!
