Patient - flexible - kept us up to date. Made our puppy feel right at home.

We are so grateful that Jo stayed at our home with the pups while we were out of town! Initially, Jo came in for a meet and greet with her dog Cleo, and she was very patient and assertive with our dogs during the meeting. Jo did a great job handling or dogs (they don't do very well with greetings!) and she was able to understand and predict their behavior. While we were gone, Jo constantly gave us updates and was a great communicator. Jo was very loving towards our dogs, she even slept with them in our bed! Getting back home, everything was just like we had left it. Joe was very respectful of or home and she left it intact. Our pups were super relaxed and appeared to be very content when I walked in the door :) Thanks for everything, Jo!!! We would love to have you back!
