Great news! Doggie daycare and overnight services are coming back! April 2024 once we are settled into our new home. I have had many years of experience caring for dogs throughout my childhood and adult life. I have worked with Dogs since 1994 and have earned Certificates in Obedience, Grooming, Dog Massage and more. I strictly believe in Positive Reinforcement either through toys, verbal praise or treats. Most recently I was the Mom to a pampered Yorkie named "Emma" (she is in the picture) prior to Emma I was a Mom to a Great Dane, Rottweiler/Pitbull mix, Boxer, Chihuahua and several rescues of all ages and medical needs. Some of which I had at the same time. I'm pretty adaptable and can work with your elderly dog and/or your spunky dog. I can administer Oral Medications and eye Medications if needed but prefer not to give injectables. If your dog is used to injectables (diabetic) and they are not aggressive during the process I am ok with that. I always work with one family at a time but I have recently been accepted as a safe foster home for local rescues. I am looking forward to helping rehabilitate pups for their forever homes! I will try my best to keep my availability calendar up to date.

It is important for me to know if there are any behaviors that I need to be made aware of. Such as, dog or food aggression, PICA, allergies, fears and medical conditions. I would also love to know what their favorite toy is!
A typical day
Of course we would go for a walk to allow your dog get out some energy and go potty. If it is very hot out we will play in the backyard for short intervals to avoid heat stroke and burned paws.

Because I work from home your pups will not be left alone all day. I’m able to let them out potty when they need and give lots of cuddles!
