Jae did a phenomenal job taking care of Squish! It’s hard to find someone to come into your home and trust them to take care of your fur babies. I’ll most definitely be rebooking Jae!

I booked Jlene for a house sitting last weekend and oh boy, while I’m not one who enjoys writing bad reviews for dogsitters, the sheer lack of consideration on her part towards a client was breathtaking and so I just feel obligated to share this. First thing out of left field was, she came over for our agreed upon meet and greet the day before and arrived here with her partner, whom she didnt mention would be with her. I felt this to be quite unprofessional as any other time a sitter I’ve hired wanted to bring their significant other with them, they’ve always just asked first. Shows some respect for entering another’s home and the safety of their beloved pets. In any case, this happened but I was going to overlook it and proceed with the session with her. The coup de gras happened the next morning, the day of the service. I received a text from her that it turns out she remembered she had something to attend and would have to leave my dogs early and that she hopes its not inconvenient for me, to which I responded that it is inconvenient but we’ll make it work. She then said she’d be here at the agreed upon time.. and it could’ve been alright, not great. But… about an hour later I received a notice from Rover that she’d cancelled the session. She was never heard from again, just dropped and ghosted me on the day of the service. Fortunately I was able to scramble someone else for it at the last minute, but suffice to say, make sure you vet these people and that they show some semblance of consideration and trustworthyness.
