Pet care experience
I am a young professional working from home with no pets of my own - so I would love to help care for yours! Currently I offer walks and drop-ins since my apartment doesn’t allow dogs. I have taken care of pets nearly my whole life. I grew up with a German Shepard named Lucky. Taking care of her are some of my earliest and favorite memories. I started a dog-walking business in my neighborhood when I was 11 and have often dog-sat for my neighbors when they went on trips. I’ve also had experience living with and caring for cats during my college years. I have always loved caring for animals and miss it a lot, so Rover has been the perfect fix for that! :)

Jj was fabulous with Eco and sent me updates after each visit, showing pictures and information about what she had done. She was kind and took good care of my senior cat, petting, playing, and making her feel comfortable.
I love having JJ watch Kiko — and Kiko loves her too ! Will have her anytime.

For picking up for walks, I am open to doing whatever would make you and your dog most comfortable whether it’s meeting in a public place or picking them up from your place of residence. For drop-ins, same deal - happy to do whatever you are most comfortable with! I highly prefer doing a quick meet-and-greet prior so that I know I can provide optimal care for your pet. Feel free to reach out with any other questions you might have!

Before taking your pup on a walk or doing a drop-in, I would love to know what your expectations are and any rules you have set for them regarding treats, routines, etc. I want both you and your fur baby to feel comfortable and safe with me so anything you want to share beforehand, please do!
A typical day
I am happy to take your dog anywhere and everywhere within walking distance! If you would like, I am happy to take them to Midtown dog park and/or play games with them for an extra fun experience for them. If you would like me to give them treats or help train them in anyway, I can also help with that.

Availability
I work from home mostly full-time so I have a lot of flexibility! The absolute best times for me to walk would be outside of working hours or during lunch (12-1), but with a bit of notice I can make most times work. Weekends are also extremely open for me if I have availability.
